Colin Evans

Trustee of the NMRN Board and member of the Audit Committee.

Colin is a Senior Civil Servant, holding a variety of roles across a 30 year career, covering change management, programme leadership and finance. His career has principally been within the Defence and Security sector, holding roles as the Operations Director of the Defence Academy, Lead of the MoD Finance Transformation Programme and several Finance Director postings. Colin has built a strong track record of improving governance and risk management in complex organisations.

Colin has a very close and fond affiliation with the Royal Navy, having enjoyed working as it's Finance Director for 4 years. This is coupled with a passionate interest for Naval History and a strong belief in the Service playing a full role in enhancing the UK's position in the World.
