After all the swashbuckling fun, our exclusive pirate party room offers a dedicated space for both young pirates and their supervising adults. 

Gather your crew around a table here, you can refuel for the next adventure with a hearty feast of pizza or hotdogs fit for a pirate captain with unlimited juice refills. This dedicated space will make your pirate's special day truly unforgettable.

Your little pirate gets to choose their special treasure: a classic pirate hat for conquering the high seas, or a pirate activity book to fuel their adventures! Plus, you can choose to send the whole crew home with treasure of their own!

Free returns

All of the young pirates will get a voucher to revisit the Museum for free for a year! They can come back and relive the pirate fun anytime within 12 months of their party, as long as they're accompanied by a paying adult.

FAQs

We can host a minimum of 12 children, and a maximum of 20. 

We offer two timeslots so you can find the party time that best suits you. Morning parties will run between 11-1pm, ending with lunch. Afternoon parties run between 2-4pm and will start with lunch.

If you're coming as part of a party package, unless you have a museum ticket you will only gain access to HMS Trincomalee, the Horrible Histories® Pirates exhibition, café and private party room for the 2 hours duration. If you would like to extend your visit, a valid museum ticket is required for adults.

Children attending a party can visit the National Museum of the Royal Navy as part of their ticket, and return for free up to 12 months after when accompanied by an adult. 

The birthday child will receive their Pirate Hat or Pirate activity book upon arrival. If you wish to purchase additional gifts for the full party, this can be done at an additional charge. By pre-ordering, we can guarantee that the items will be ready for your party on the day. 

Alternatively, you can purchase additional items in the gift shop subject to availability. 

Our pirate parties are ideal for ages 4 and up.
